You can cancel a lesson by sending me an email, text, or with a quick phone call.

Before the lesson …

• If the lesson is cancelled with 24 hours (or more) notice, then a full refund is given.

• If the lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.

• If the student doesn’t show for whatever reason, no refund is given.

 

During the lesson …

 

• If the lesson needs to be cancelled due to a reason external to the teacher or student (such as bad audio or video quality, internet connection issues, etc.), the lesson will be rescheduled.

• If the remainder of the lesson is less than 20 minutes, the teacher will provide the student with some activities to make up for the lost time, whenever possible.

 

 

If you’re late …

• Your lesson will be cancelled after 20 minutes of waiting.
